Welcome to Ronakians Digital Media OPC Private Limited (“Ronakians”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our digital services, including but not limited to Influencer Marketing Dubai, YouTube Promotion Dubai, Social Media Marketing Dubai, Online Reputation Management (ORM Dubai), App Review Promotion Dubai, Google Reviews Strategy Dubai, and Social Media Engagement Dubai.

By accessing or using our website www.ronakians.ae or engaging in our digital marketing services in the UAE, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, in full accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, especially the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) and UAE Cybercrimes Law.

1. Legal Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. All disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

We comply strictly with UAE Cyber Law, TDRA guidelines, and eCommerce Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021). Use of our platform or services indicates your acceptance of compliance with the applicable UAE regulations.

2. Eligibility to Use

By using our services, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• You are using our services for lawful business or personal marketing goals, and not for any fraudulent or prohibited activity.

3. Services Overview

Ronakians.ae offers premium, ethical, and performance-driven digital marketing services across Dubai and the UAE region. These include:

• Influencer Marketing Services in Dubai with verified local creators.
• YouTube Video Promotion Dubai that targets organic reach in Gulf audiences.
• Social Media Marketing Dubai for real estate, retail, hospitality, and luxury brands.
• ORM Services in Dubai to protect and elevate brand reputation in Arabic and English.
• App Review & Rating Promotion Dubai to improve app visibility on Google Play and App Store.
• Google Review Strategy Dubai focusing on organic customer feedback and review response.
• Social Media Engagement Dubai to increase likes, comments, and saves without bots.

We do not use any bots, click farms, or fake accounts in any of our Dubai-focused campaigns. All engagements are organic, in line with Google Guidelines, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Community Standards, and YouTube Policies.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• Not to upload or promote any content that is illegal in Dubai or the UAE, including hate speech, political agitation, or adult content.
• To provide accurate business details when using our services.
• To maintain the confidentiality of your Ronakians account and login credentials.
• To use our services only for ethical and legal marketing.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate termination of your services without a refund, and if required, a report to UAE authorities.

5. Payment Terms

All payments for our digital services are:

• Made in AED (Dirhams) or USD.
• To be paid 100% in advance unless mutually agreed in writing.
• Non-refundable once the work is initiated or the campaign has started.

We use secure payment gateways and respect Dubai’s eCommerce regulations. Invoices will be shared for every service, compliant with UAE VAT regulations, where applicable.

Late payments may result in service suspension without further notice.

6. Content Usage and Intellectual Property

All content created by Ronakians (graphics, captions, video scripts, post designs, ad creatives, strategy documents) is the intellectual property of Ronakians Digital Media OPC Private Limited, unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract.

Clients are prohibited from:

• Reselling or reusing content without permission.
• Removing Ronakians watermarks or branding, if present.
• Sharing or publishing internal strategies provided during consultation.

We retain the right to showcase your campaign results as part of our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.

7. Campaign Results and Disclaimer

While we use advanced tools, proven strategies, and real influencer collaborations, Ronakians does not guarantee specific results such as number of followers, likes, views, or sales. Success varies based on:

• Industry (e.g. real estate, fashion, tech).
• Budget allocation.
• Market response.
• Platform algorithmic changes (e.g., Instagram, YouTube).

You agree not to hold Ronakians liable for platform bans, policy changes, or algorithm shifts that may affect campaign outcomes.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate services:

• If we detect unethical or unlawful usage of our platform.
• If you breach these terms.
• If your payment is delayed by more than 7 days from the invoice date.
• If your campaign promotes content restricted under UAE law.

In such cases, no refund shall be provided. If legally necessary, we may also share your campaign data with Dubai Police Cybercrime Department or TDRA.

9. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and strictly comply with UAE’s Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

• Client data is stored on encrypted servers.
• We do not sell or rent your data to any third party.
• Internal campaign documents, performance reports, and access to business accounts are treated as strictly confidential.

10. UAE Compliance Statement

Our services are designed and operated in full compliance with UAE government policies. We do not:

• Promote religious, political, or adult content.
• Use automation tools that violate platform policies.
• Guarantee fake reviews, ratings, or engagement.
• Violate any Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or YouTube guidelines.

We encourage all clients to use digital marketing ethically and responsibly.

11. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Ronakians is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Platform bans.
• Fluctuations in follower/view count.
• Negative public response.
• Business loss due to campaign performance.

Our total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid for the respective service.

12. Refund & Cancellation Policy

As per UAE eCommerce regulations:

• Refunds are not applicable once the service has started.
• If any campaign is canceled prior to initiation, a maximum of 50% may be refunded based on internal work done.

To request cancellation, email support@ronakians.ae within 48 hours of placing the order.

13. Arabic Language Consideration

Our services cater to both English and Arabic audiences. Where necessary, content will be created in both languages to ensure wider reach across Dubai’s multicultural market, including Emiratis and Arab expatriates.

All localized content respects UAE’s cultural norms, Islamic values, and TDRA language guidelines.

14. Changes to Terms

Ronakians reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

Continued use of our services after changes indicates your agreement to the updated terms.
